Staff development specialist

The staff development specialist provides initial orientation and ongoing training to staff to ensure regulatory compliance and internal requirements. They are responsible for maintaining training certifications, managing training schedules, and auditing employee training files.

Candidates must hold an associate degree or higher in human services or a related field and possess experience in a training capacity. The role requires the ability to travel to training sites and proficiency in microsoft office and the relias training system.
