IDEA Behavior Specialist

The behavior specialist develops and monitors behavior intervention plans while coaching teachers to implement effective classroom behavior systems. They collaborate with school leadership and families to ensure compliance with idea and district procedures while supporting student outcomes.

Candidates must hold a bachelor's degree, with a master's degree preferred in a relevant field such as special education or psychology. Experience working with students with disabilities and implementing behavior intervention frameworks is required.
