Day Habilitation Specialist - Blue Deer Park, Autism Program

The specialist will assist adults with intellectual and developmental disabilities in achieving personal goals and maintaining daily structure. Responsibilities include providing emotional support, managing behavioral issues, assisting with personal hygiene, and transporting participants to activities.

Candidates must possess a high school diploma or equivalent with two years of relevant experience, or an associate's/Bachelor's degree. A clean, valid new york state driver's license is required, along with the ability to perform physical tasks such as lifting and transferring adults.
