Core responsibilities
The behavior technician will implement individualized treatment plans using aba principles and provide one-On-One therapy to children and teens with autism. They are also responsible for collecting data, maintaining session notes, and collaborating with bcbas and caregivers to support client progress.
Requirements summary
Candidates must be at least 18 years old and possess a high school diploma or ged. The ability to earn an rbt certification within 45 days is required, and a background in behavioral health or early childhood education is preferred.
