Summer Camp Counselor

The summer camp counselor is responsible for creating a safe, fun, and positive atmosphere for campers while leading activities and maintaining relationships with participants. They must uphold ymca policies and ensure the safety and engagement of all campers.

Candidates should be at least 18 years old and possess strong interpersonal skills, with a willingness to work with youth. Previous camp or group work experience is preferred, along with the ability to follow safety procedures.
