Career Navigator (Second Century Vision)

The career navigator provides intensive employment case management, career planning, and financial literacy services to participants. They also monitor participant progress, maintain accurate data records, and facilitate job readiness workshops to support employment retention.

The position requires a minimum of two years of experience in workforce development, career services, or human services. A bachelor's degree is preferred, along with proficiency in microsoft office and strong communication skills.
