Success Coach

The success coach is responsible for ensuring associates receive necessary services from workforce development and community resources, acting as a single point of contact for comprehensive support including life and work coaching, counseling, and case management. This role involves managing the full individual development plan cycle, monitoring progress toward retention and career growth, and maintaining relationships with associates through coaching and education.

A high school diploma or equivalent is required, though one year of case management experience is preferred, along with extensive knowledge of local community resources across business, government, non-Profit, and faith-Based sectors. Candidates must possess good computer skills, excellent communication abilities, and reliable transportation, while also being able to analyze problems and plan goal achievement.
