Preschool Lead Teacher - Van Buren

The lead teacher is responsible for managing all aspects of the classroom, including assessing children and ensuring the implementation of individualized treatment plans. They also supervise classroom teaching assistants and maintain a safe, sanitary, and positive learning environment.

Candidates must have a high school diploma or equivalent, with a cda preferred. At least one year of experience working with developmentally at-Risk children is preferred, along with the physical ability to lift up to 50 lbs.
