Swim Team Coach 2026

Coaches are responsible for conducting swim team workouts, ensuring the safety of swimmers, and providing corrective feedback to enhance technique. They also assist with organizing swim meets, managing team member development, and performing necessary clerical tasks.

Candidates must have at least 4 years of competitive swimming experience at the us swimming, high school, or college level. Strong communication skills and the ability to work in a busy, noisy environment are required.
