Swim Team Coach 2026

Coaches are responsible for assisting in all coaching efforts for the swim team, focusing on providing a fun and inclusive environment for swimmers aged 4 to 18. Duties include age-Group coaching with emphasis on safety, proper skill development, seasonal planning, daily workouts, and organizing meet information.

Candidates must have at least four years of competitive swimming experience at the us swimming high school or college level and must effectively communicate with swimmers and parents. Responsibilities include enforcing all safety rules, conducting workouts, training swimmers on strokes, providing corrective feedback, and assisting with swim meet logistics.
