Lead Toddler Teacher

The lead toddler guide is responsible for creating a purposeful, orderly montessori environment that fosters independence and curiosity in children. They will observe each child's development, provide individualized lessons, and maintain strong, collaborative relationships with families.

Candidates must hold a bachelor's degree in early childhood education or child development and possess experience working with children ages 0-3. A montessori diploma is preferred, or a willingness to pursue sponsored certification is required.
