Summer Program Team Member

The summer recreation worker leads games, activities, and events for youth while serving as a positive role model. They are responsible for supervising youth, implementing behavioral consequences, and providing feedback to support social and personal development.

The role requires the ability to work in various environmental conditions and interact directly with children in a recreational setting. Candidates must be able to follow the mooseheart model of care and maintain strict confidentiality regarding student and staff information.
