Core responsibilities
The independent living skills floater provides one-On-One coaching to help adults with disabilities develop essential life skills and achieve personal independence. They also collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to implement support plans, track progress, and facilitate community-Based recreational and vocational activities.
Requirements summary
Candidates should have at least one year of experience supporting adults with disabilities and be working towards or possess an associate degree. Applicants must also hold a valid california driver's license and pass criminal fingerprint and physical health clearances.
