The Adjunct Didactic PN Drug Calculations Instructor will provide classroom instruction and educational support to students enrolled in the Practical Nursing Drug Calculations Course to support student learning, skill development, and successful program completion. This includes responsibilities such as delivering classroom instruction, supporting curriculum objectives, evaluating student performance, and fostering a safe, engaging, and supportive learning environment. Ideal candidates must have strong interpersonal, communication, and instructional skills and a passion for educating future nurses. Candidates must be adaptable, student-focused, and able to manage the responsibilities of classroom teaching in a dynamic healthcare environment.
This is an instructional (adjunct faculty) position supporting the Practical Nursing (LPN) Department. This role requires significant interaction with students, faculty, and personnel through direct classroom supervision, instruction, and evaluation. They must be able to interpret individual student learning needs, provide constructive feedback, and work effectively with students who may be stressed or challenged in classroom settings.

Education & Experience
• Bachelor of Science in Nursing required, Master of Science in Nursing preferred
• Minimum of 4 years of clinical nursing experience

Candidates must hold an Associate of Science in Nursing and possess at least four years of professional work experience. A current Basic Life Support (BLS) certification is also required for this role.
