Clinical Educator Holy Cross Jordan Valley

The clinical educator is responsible for developing, implementing, and evaluating educational programs at the facility level to support clinical associates. They coordinate unit orientation, maintain staff competency, and ensure alignment with enterprise-Wide clinical education initiatives.

Candidates must hold a bachelor's degree in nursing and a valid rn license, with at least five years of nursing experience. Two years of experience in staff development or academic teaching is preferred.
