Specialty Educator Women's and Children

The specialty educator is responsible for developing, implementing, and evaluating educational programs for clinical staff to ensure high-Quality patient care. They coordinate orientation, maintain staff competencies, and collaborate with clinical specialists to align with regional education initiatives.

Candidates must have at least three years of nursing experience, including two years in the designated specialty, and hold a degree in nursing (Bsn or msn). A current rn license is required, and a nursing specialty certification must be achieved within one year of hire.
