Market context

Florida PCU RN roles stay competitive

In Florida, Registered Nurse roles in progressive care and respiratory settings are often in steady demand because hospitals need nurses who can manage higher-acuity patients and coordinate closely with interdisciplinary teams. These roles are competitive because employers typically look for a valid Florida RN license, BLS/ACLS, and med-surg experience, with a BSN preferred or an ADN plus a plan to finish the BSN. Review the AI-summarized requirements and benefits here to save research time, and confirm your certifications and recent bedside experience before applying.
