Intellectual Disability - Supported Employment Coordinator (Job Coach)

The supported employment coordinator leads employment services by developing tailored support plans and fostering partnerships between job seekers and employers. They provide on-The-Job training, coaching, and advocacy to ensure successful job placement and long-Term retention for individuals with disabilities.

Candidates must possess a high school diploma or equivalent and at least one year of full-Time experience in human services. Additionally, applicants must have a valid driver's license and the ability to obtain acre certification within six months of hire.
