Intellectual Disability – Supported Employment Coordinator (Job Coach)

The coordinator will lead and coordinate employment services for adults with intellectual and developmental disabilities, which includes identifying vocational themes, developing tailored support, and fostering partnerships between job seekers and employers. Key duties involve providing on-The-Job training, coaching, advocacy, and educating employers on the benefits of hiring individuals with disabilities.

Candidates must possess at least a high school diploma or equivalent and one year of full-Time experience supporting adults in human services, with the ability to obtain acre certification within six months. A valid driver's license and daily access to an insured vehicle are mandatory requirements for this role.
