Core responsibilities
The behavior technician will work one-On-One with clients to implement behavioral plans designed by a board certified behavior analyst. They are also responsible for collecting data to monitor progress and supporting families in implementing treatment plans.
Requirements summary
Candidates must have a high school diploma or ged and the ability to commute to assigned home-Based locations. Prior experience working with children or individuals with developmental delays is preferred but not required as training is provided.
