Registered Behavior Technician - Children’s Center for Autism

The registered behavior technician will implement individualized support plans tailored to each student's needs under the clinical supervision of a behavior analyst, providing behavior-Analytic services to patients with autism spectrum disorder in an outpatient setting. Key duties include acquiring baseline data, consistently implementing approved treatment plans using aba, and assisting in functional behavior assessments.

Minimum qualifications require an associate’s degree or six months of aba experience, completion of 40-Hour coursework for rbt certification before hire, and passing the rbt competency assessment within 30 days, or holding a bcba or bcaba certification. Preferred qualifications include a bachelor's degree and experience working with autistic children using aba.
