Youth Sports Volunteer

The youth sports coach volunteer is responsible for overseeing team activities, including practices and games, while ensuring a safe and enjoyable sporting experience for children. They focus on skill development, sportsmanship, and fostering team spirit.

Volunteers must complete ymca coaches training and a background check, as well as sign a code of conduct and a coaches contract. They should possess organizational skills, patience, and a desire to work with children.
