Mentor

The mentor is responsible for training, supporting, and educating new employees within the intellectual and developmental disability (Idd) center of excellence. They facilitate group training sessions, track employee progress, and ensure staff are aligned with the organization's mission and core values.

Candidates must possess either a bachelor's degree with one year of idd experience or a high school diploma with three years of idd experience. A valid driver's license, a reliable vehicle, and the ability to travel across the organization's service area are mandatory.
