Role Description

We are currently seeking a passionate Speech-Language Pathologist (SLP) to join our team at our Madison, AL, clinic location and make a meaningful impact on the lives of children. As an integral part of our organization, you will contribute to a thriving caseload, providing essential services and support to help children overcome speech and language difficulties, as well as assisting with feeding experience and skills.

Responsibilities

Conduct comprehensive evaluations of speech and language difficulties, addressing problematic behaviors as needed. Identify and implement effective treatment options, while advising and counseling teachers on techniques for consistent application outside the treatment environment. Develop individualized treatment plans tailored to address specific functional needs. Conduct re-evaluations to monitor progress for children on your caseload.

Qualifications

Excellent knowledge of principles and practices of speech-language pathology. Professional demeanor with strong interpersonal communication skills. Ability to manage patients with different personalities and behaviors. Current knowledge of treatment practices and a commitment to ongoing professional development. A master's degree or greater in speech-language pathology is required. Valid license to practice as a speech-language pathologist or in the process of obtaining a license.
