School Therapist

The school therapist provides individual and group counseling services to students while collaborating with multidisciplinary teams to develop and implement ieps and behavior intervention plans. They also conduct behavioral assessments, manage crisis situations, and maintain accurate student documentation in accordance with regulatory requirements.

Candidates must hold a master's degree in social work, psychology, counseling, or a related field and possess professional licensure such as lpc, lcsw, or lmft. A minimum of 2 years of experience working with children and adolescents in educational or behavioral health settings is preferred.
