Special Education Teacher - Cross Categorical Resource

Coordinates and provides direct instructional programs for special education students while developing and implementing individual education programs (Ieps). Monitors student progress, maintains classroom discipline, and collaborates with staff and parents to ensure educational needs are met.

Requires a bachelor's degree and a north carolina professional educator’s license in an exceptional children’s teaching area. Candidates must also possess a valid motor vehicle operator’s license and the ability to perform physical tasks such as lifting up to 50 pounds.
