The registered behavior technician is responsible for implementing treatment plans developed by the bcba and documenting child performance through daily data collection. They also assist with daily living activities and participate in clinical meetings to ensure compliance with bacb guidelines.
Requirements summary
Candidates must possess a high school diploma and a valid registered behavior technician (Rbt) certification. Previous experience working with young children or individuals with developmental disabilities is preferred.
