Mental Health Technician- 1st shift

The mental health technician is responsible for maintaining a safe, therapeutic environment while assisting adolescents with daily living and social skills. They implement clinical treatment plans, redirect inappropriate behaviors, and facilitate recreational activities to support patient development.

Candidates must have a high school diploma with two years of direct care experience or a bachelor's degree in a human services discipline. The role requires the physical ability to perform interventions and the capacity to meet 100% mastery of safe and positive approaches.
