Public School Professional - Paxton

The direct support professional is responsible for the safety, security, and direct supervision of youth in a residential program. They provide therapeutic interventions, teach daily living skills, and document progress notes and incident reports.

Candidates must be at least 21 years old, possess a high school diploma or ged, and hold a valid driver's license. Previous experience working with youth with behavioral or psychological disorders is preferred, and map certification is required or must be obtained within 90 days.
