Exception Education One to One Para Professional- Hickman ES (2026-2027)

The paraprofessional provides one-To-One support for students with special needs by assisting with instruction, personal care, and behavioral monitoring. They also collaborate with teachers to adapt classroom materials and maintain accurate academic and behavioral data.

Candidates must possess an associate's degree, 48 college credit hours, or a praxis certification. Prior experience working with children is required, along with the ability to perform physical tasks such as lifting and operating a mechanical lift.
