What You’ll Do Direct Client Support Deliver ABA therapy in homes, schools, communities, clinics, or other venues depending on client needs Teach communication, social, and daily living skills Implement individualized treatment plans under BCBA supervision Track Progress & Maintain Quality Collect, organize, and document session data accurately Collaborate & Communicate Work closely with BCBAs, team members, and families Participating in team meetings and ongoing training Support Operations Assist with administrative and clinical support tasks as needed What We’re Looking For Required High school diploma or GED 6+ months of relevant experience (including internships or related roles) Availability during mornings, afternoons, evenings, weekends, and holidays Reliable transportation with valid driver’s license and insurance Ability to pass background checks, drug screening, and driving record review Preferred Experience in childcare, education, or related fields Experience working with children or adolescents Prior exposure to ABA services Position-Specific Items Behavior Technician (BT): Complete a 40-hour paid training program over 2 consecutive weeks (at the same rate of pay), followed by precepting (hands-on supervision), and pass the RBT exam within 45 days (up to 3 weeks total) Registered Behavior Technician (RBT): Active certification in good standing; 1 week of paid training followed by precepting (hands-on supervision) (up to 2 weeks total) Training availability (BT / RBT): Must be available Monday through Friday, 9:00 AM to 5:30 PM Benefits & Career Growth Career Advancement – Level Up Program ·Structured growth to RBT Level 2 and Level 3 ($1/hour pay increase per level upon competency completion).
