The Climbing Wall Specialist is responsible for leading safe, engaging climbing activities and managing all climbing gear and safety protocols. They will also provide mentorship to assistants and ensure a welcoming environment for all campers.
Candidates should have experience working with children and a strong commitment to safety and inclusivity. High school graduation is strongly preferred, and the ability to attend mandatory pre-camp safety training sessions is required.
