Paraprofessional, 1:1 secondary special education - 10th grade

Provides individualized academic, behavioral, and daily living support to secondary students with disabilities as outlined in their iep. Monitors classroom activities and collects data on student goals under the direction of a special education teacher.

Requires completion of district-Approved training for de-Escalation and physical restraint, and the ability to perform physical tasks such as lifting and personal care. Must maintain a permanent home address in colorado and meet district insurability requirements if transporting students.
