Vocational Counselor/Job Coach

The vocational counselor provides one-On-One job coaching and guidance to help individuals with disabilities secure and maintain employment. They also collaborate with community employers to facilitate job placements and ensure ongoing success through hands-On training and progress tracking.

Candidates should possess strong interpersonal skills, patience, and the ability to work independently with multiple clients. A valid driver's license is required, along with varying levels of education and experience ranging from a high school diploma with 10 years of experience to a master's degree with 1 year of experience.
