Child Care Teacher - N-Deck - Rotating

The child care teacher utilizes the reggio education approach to plan, develop, and implement creative, adaptive, child-Centered lesson plans while ensuring a safe and engaging environment for children aged six weeks to six years. This role involves teaching as part of a team, supporting children's self-Esteem and growth, communicating respectfully with parents and team members, and supporting parents in achieving their parenting goals.

Required qualifications include a high school diploma or equivalent, a minimum of 40 hours of coursework in early childhood education or a related field, and previous experience working with children aged 6 weeks to 6 years, which can be substituted by 2 years of formal teaching experience or a 2-Year degree in a relevant field. Candidates must also be available for shift rotations and holidays.
