Masters and Triathlon Instructor

The instructor will prepare and lead 1-1.5 hour swim practices for groups of 15-40 athletes while providing technical feedback on all four swim strokes. They are also responsible for performing fitness assessments and ensuring all safety guidelines and emergency procedures are strictly followed.

Candidates must possess a high school diploma and at least 3 years of related experience, including competitive swim coaching. Required certifications include nls (National lifeguard service) and standard first aid.
