New Grad RN Resident – Med/Surg & Observation Unit

Provide direct nursing care to patients in a medical-Surgical and observation unit while participating in a structured nurse residency program. Collaborate with the healthcare team to establish patient care priorities, document medical records, and provide education to patients and families.

Candidates must be graduates of an accredited school of professional nursing with a current rn license and bls certification. The role is intended for new graduates or nurses with less than one year of acute direct patient care experience.
