Behavior technicians assist in maintaining a safe school environment by responding to behavior events and providing positive support to students. They also maintain accurate documentation, collect behavioral data, and collaborate with school personnel to implement educational and behavior management programs.

Candidates must have a high school diploma with two years of related experience, though a bachelor's degree is preferred. Applicants must be eligible for a connecticut 'v' endorsement and complete rbt certification and safety management training within six months of hire.
