Individualized Learning Facilitator

The individualized learning facilitator leads structured, data-Driven learning sessions using adaptive platforms to accelerate student achievement in math and literacy. They also collaborate with teachers to monitor student progress, provide targeted interventions, and maintain a safe, structured classroom environment.

Candidates must hold a bachelor's degree or equivalent and possess strong communication and organizational skills. Experience working with students and familiarity with adaptive learning platforms are preferred.
