[2026-2027] Diverse Learners Teacher & Case Manager (LBS-1)

The diverse learners teacher and case manager will oversee and provide direct services for students, managing iep and 504 meetings while ensuring compliance with state and federal laws. They will collaborate with school staff to create an inclusive environment and provide instructional support through co-Teaching or small group resource settings.

Candidates must hold a bachelor's degree and an illinois professional educators license with an lbs-1 endorsement. At least two years of prior teaching experience in urban communities is strongly preferred, along with a cleared cps background check.
