Behavior Technician, Severe Behavior Services

The behavior technician provides direct aba intervention for individuals with autism and severe challenging behaviors in center, home, and community settings. They are responsible for collecting behavioral data, assisting with assessments, and coaching caregivers on treatment plan implementation.

Candidates must have experience working with individuals with profound disabilities and autism, with specific education requirements ranging from enrollment in a relevant degree program to a master's degree. Rbt certification is required for higher-Level roles, along with the ability to pass background checks and physical examinations.
