Application Specialist

The application specialist provides training and support for system applications like epic to new and existing staff at practice sites. They also act as a liaison for application support and contribute to process improvement and operational workflow development.

Candidates must have a high school diploma or equivalent and a medical assisting program certification. A minimum of 2 years of front or back office medical assistant experience is required, with preference for administrative or lead experience.
