Program Specialty Instr - Rock Wall

The program specialty instructor is responsible for the daily operations and instruction of youth specialty programs, including the rock wall. They must ensure participant safety, manage student behavior, and maintain equipment while supporting the ymca mission.

Candidates must be at least 16 years old with at least 2 years of experience in the program area. Required certifications include cpr, first aid, aed, and completion of belay training upon hire.
