Assistant Athletic Trainer

The assistant athletic trainer is responsible for the prevention, evaluation, management, and rehabilitation of athletic injuries for student-Athletes. They also oversee administrative tasks, including insurance documentation, facility maintenance, and the supervision of student athletic trainers.

Candidates must hold a bachelor's degree and nata certification, along with at least one year of progressively responsible experience in a college or university setting. Proficiency in specialized athletic training equipment and adherence to hipaa and ferpa regulations are required.
