• Our rehab centers accomplish this with close working relationships between our referring physicians, therapists, support staff, University of Florida College of Public Health and Health Professions and the University of Florida Athletics Program.
• Our therapists provide rehabilitation services and education to patients.
• We offer continuing education, journal clubs, staff mentoring and the ability to be involved with student clinical education and our UF Health accredited residency programs in Sports and Orthopedics.
• Our adult rehab center is a comprehensive facility providing physical therapy, occupational therapy and speech therapy to the high school and adult population.
• Our specialties include orthopedics, neurology and pelvic health.
• We also have a wheelchair seating clinic and pool therapy programs.

Responsibilities

In this role, the Physical Therapist provides health therapy services and education to patients. In addition, will contribute to the education and professional development of other healthcare providers and students in the field of rehabilitation. Schedule FTE: .60 (24 hours/week) Shift Hours: 7:00am-6:00pm; TBD Days of Week: Monday-Friday; TBD

• Bachelors in Rehab Therapy No previous clinical experience necessary Demonstrates knowledge and skill in a broad range of therapy services and settings Demonstrates strong communication skills
