A High School Sped Teacher at Nuasin Next Generation Charter School will design curriculum to meet state standards and adapt lesson plans to address different learning levels. They will also assess students’ abilities and communicate with parents about students’ progress.

The anticipated salary range is $72,000.00 to $120,000.00 for a candidate who will work in New York City, however Nuasin does not current cap salary ranges. The salary offered to a successful candidate will be dependent on several factors that may include but are not limited to years of experience to the job, education, and certifications.
Candidates must have at least a Bachelor’s degree, preferably in education, and a New York Teaching certification. Supervised classroom experience is also required.
