Behavioral Intervention Specialist - FlexStaff

The behavioral intervention specialist works with the interdisciplinary team to conduct behavioral assessments and develop support plans. They are also responsible for providing counseling and training to staff and the human rights committee.

Candidates must have a master's degree in a relevant field and experience working with individuals with developmental disabilities. Strong communication skills and proficiency in microsoft office are also required.
