The career coach supports employees by identifying long-Term career goals and providing resources to overcome professional barriers. They also manage employee engagement, facilitate problem-Solving sessions, and coordinate internal and external services to ensure employment retention.

A bachelor's degree in a field like social work, psychology, or counseling is required, with a master's degree preferred. Candidates must have at least one year of experience in case management for underserved populations and possess strong communication and computer skills.
