Street Outreach Counselor - River Haven

The outreach worker conducts street outreach and community engagement to identify and connect runaway, homeless, and at-Risk youth with essential services. They provide immediate crisis intervention, perform screenings, and facilitate referrals to shelter and support programs.

Candidates must be at least 21 years old and possess a high school diploma or equivalent. A valid driver's license is required, and prior experience working with youth is preferred.
