Middle School: Special Education, Aide - Boston (2026-2027)

The aide will provide 1

1 and group support to students, assisting lead teachers with curriculum modifications, behavioral interventions, and testing accommodations. They are also responsible for maintaining a safe, inclusive environment and collaborating with grade-Level teams to ensure student academic and social growth.

Candidates must possess an associate's degree, 48 college credit hours, or pass the parapro assessment. A deep alignment with the mission of kipp massachusetts and the ability to pass criminal background checks are required.
